Moving Image

A collaboration with Helga Steppan

This is an investigation to capture movement onto photographic paper. The table was used as a static frame in which to create and record kinetic movement. The illusion of eating a meal in the colour darkroom proceeded, where movements were captured under the low level light of the enlarger onto the paper. Different combinations of colour filters in the enlarger gave a diverse spectrum of light.
